Permanent rule 471-030-0225 allows EB look back to qualify additional individuals when federal subsidy of EB is greater than 50%. This rule is effective July 15, 2010.
Unemployment Insurance Eligibility
In response to a petition for rulemaking, we are soliciting public comment on a change to unemployment insurance eligibility rules. The change adds text to specifically consider the alternate transportation methods available to claimants.
